Fasting and Exercise. Nocovidium utilizes a fasting mimetic, that is the formula helps to mimic the effects of fasting. Fasting and exercise are also powerful promoters of autophagy so the more you can incorporate those into your daily routine, the more synergistically everything will work together. Of course, if everyone was able to work out hours per day and go 24 hours between meals, they would still want our formula to help prevent the spike and other pathogens from interfering with the autophagy process, but we think you get the point.
Nocovidium is formulated to work without requiring fasting, but if you want to amplify the effect, one of the simplest ways to do this is to slowly expand the time between your last meal of the day and your next day’s breakfast. For example, if you finished dinner at 7:30 PM, and then pushed your first meal of the next day (coffee without milk or sugar is usually ok) back to 10:30 AM, congratulations, you just did a 15 hour fast. Should you decide to try this route, we always recommend starting small with baby steps, it’s a marathon, not a sprint.
